I regularly took care of my cousins children back home in Ecuador who were 3 and 5 years old, and I used to really enjoy looking after them. We did different activities including art and colouring, cooking and baking and I would prepare meals for them and put them to bed. Hello, my name is Madeline and I moved to Barcelona to learn Spanish, travel and experience a new culture. I have been taking care of children since I was 15, giving me 8 years of childcare experience. Before moving to Spain I was a nanny to two girls, 11 and 13 years old; the older of the two had Autism Spectrum Disorder. This experience made me much more prepared to work with a child with special needs and has taught me a lot more about how to work with children. Hello! I’m Flora from Hungary, 27. I really love to travel so when I was 22 I moved to North of Spain( Hondarribia) to be an au pair. I lived with a family and I took care of two children of age 1 and 3. Mostly I was with them in the mornings, evenings and 2 nights babysitting if the parents wanted to go to cinema, dinner or just to be together. Later I moved to Barcelona, I was an au pair as well in a family with two children of age 5 and 9 years. I was with them all day til 5. After these amazing experiences I moved back to Budapest, Hungary. When I arrived home I find a very nice family who has a 4 years old girl. I took care of her for a year, and then I started to work in a restaurant and I moved to Rome, Italy. I here I am now, again in Barcelona, for me this is the most amazing city in Europe, so this is why I decided to move back a work as a babysitter again.
